We wouldn't have developed our great reputation in the business if ILG toner cartridges didn't work -- and work well. Thousands of great companies, from A to B to Y to Z, rely on our products every day. I hear that manufacturers won't honor the original warranty if a compatible cartridge damages their printers. What does ILG do about this? If any warranty claim is denied because you used an ILG compatible cartridges, ILG will repair or replace the printer at its own expense.
