FIVE-STAR WARRANTY PROGRAM

ILG warrants our compatible imaging supplies to be free from material and workmanship defects for the life of the cartridge. In addition, customers are entitled to a double replacement of product when applicable. If any ILG product is found to be defective, ILG will replace the item and/or refund the full purchase price.


We further warrant that ILG products will not cause damage in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. This warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer's specifications and does not include acts of God or nature.


If an ILG product damages your equipment, ILG will reimburse the customer for the complete repair or replacement. The customer must provide ILG with satisfactory evidence that the sole damage was due to a defect in an ILG product. Repair claims must include a copy of the invoice from the authorized service company that performed the repair. The invoice must clearly indicate the specifics of the repair along with contact information of the field service technician that was dispatched.


Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with an official ILG issued RMA and Customer ID on the package. In addition, all products must be returned with the appropriate packaging materials to avoid return freight damage. We also encourage print samples to be put into the box where applicable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly and accurately as possible. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products and to thoroughly investigate all defective products for continuous quality improvement purposes. PLEASE READ THESE PROCEDURES CAREFULLY.

  1. Product returned without an official ILG RA# will not be processed. To request an official RA #, contact your ILG Account Manager at 800-937-2880.
  2. All returns must be properly repacked in original packaging to ensure against damage of shipment. If the returned product is destroyed or damaged, no credit will be given.
  3. Returned product must match the ILG RA#. Product returned not listed on the official RA# will be recycled and no credit will be given.
  4. If the return is a result of an ILG error, ILG will mail a FREE pre-paid return label to you within 24 hours.
  5. If the return is a result of a client ordering error, client will ship back the product to our Returns Center at their expense. We also recommend clients keep tracking number(s) until credit is processed.
  6. Empty cartridges do not qualify for return credit. Please ensure that you ship back the appropriate product.
  7. Once received at our Returns Facility, please allow up to 10 business days to process your return(s).
  8. A restock fee of 25% is applicable to all unused products.
  9. No credit is given for unused product older than 1 year.
  10. Please include a copy of the print defect, when applicable.
