Terms and Conditions of Sale
- We're not satisfied until you are - all toner cartridges
have an unlimited shelf life double-replacement guarantee, as
described on our Five Star Warranty page. All other products have a
xx day return privilege.
- All invoices are due and payable within 30 days unless
payment arrangements are made with our accounts receivable
department.
- Orders normally ship overnight, via Federal Express, at no
extra cost to you. If our warehouse is out of stock, it could take up
to a week for you to receive your order; however, we will notify you
if that is the case, and you will be given an opportunity to cancel at
that time. Please let your sales rep know if you have a specific date
by which you want your order, and we will almost certainly be able to
accommodate you.
- Preparation time for orders. If you give us your order by
6:00PM Pacific Time (9:00 PM Eastern Time), we will ship your order on
the same day in most cases. Otherwise, we will ship it the next day.
- We are open only on weekdays - if you issue an order Friday
at 6:01 PM, we will most likely ship it on Monday and you will receive
it on Tuesday.
- Shipping Charges and sales tax, if applicable, are
automatically computed by our system and will be shown to you before
your order is finalized.
